Find Out Through Our Successful Projects

Your Onboarding, Step by Step

01.

Discovery
Call

This is not a sales call. It’s a structured conversation where we understand your business – what’s worked, what hasn’t, what’s on the table, and what keeps you up at night. We come prepared with questions. You leave with clarity.

02.

Full Digital
Audit

We go through everything – your ad accounts, SEO data, social media channels, ecommerce performance, CRM data and competitive landscape. Not surface-level. Not automated. Our team reviews your actual numbers so we know exactly what we’re working with before we say a word about strategy.

03.

Strategy Built
From Scratch

No copy-paste frameworks. No industry templates. Based on the audit, we build a strategy specific to your brand, your audience, and your goals. Two clients won’t get the same plan, because they’re not the same business.

04.

We Walk You
Through It All

We get on a call and present the full strategy, the reasoning behind every recommendation, the channels we’ve chosen, the ones we’ve ruled out, and the plan to hit your goals. You get to ask every possible question.

05.

We Get
to Work

Once aligned, execution begins. Setup, tracking, timelines, and a clear point of contact, all in place from day one. No ambiguity about who owns what

Stories We Stitch Across Sectors

TAPMI · Srishti Manipal · ITM Group

A name like Manipal University already gets searched for directly, so the job is being found, not introduced.

A growing network like ITM Group is still earning that same recognition, so the job starts a step earlier. Two institutions, two different starting lines, the same finish line.

Education

Proschool · FPA Edutech · SISYA Class

Course discovery in edtech moves fast across search, ads, and YouTube at once, and most brands just need to run all three well.

Every so often, the real problem is upstream: leads going in and quietly disappearing before anyone notices.

We’ve learned to check the pipe before reaching for more spend.

Edtech

Shoonya · Samco · jUMPP · Zenith Finserve

A trading platform earns belief through long, patient explanation, which is why video does more work than any ad in that category.

A personal finance brand answers a quieter, more searching kind of question, which is why a place like Quora matters as much as a search ranking. Same industry, different nervous systems.

Finance

Neelagri · Makebot Robotics

Amazon rewards different signals than Flipkart, and both reward different signals than your own website, so scaling all three at once means refusing to treat them as one channel.

Sometimes the real starting point is even earlier than that: a website that’s actually built to convert in the first place.

Ecommerce

HoABL · Finblaze

In a small, expensive micro-market, every rupee of media has to land with precision; that part is its own discipline.

But the bigger lesson real estate has taught us is that reputation often outweighs the media plan, and it has to work twice: once for the people buying, once for the people you’re trying to hire.

Real Estate

The Outpost.ai

An AI-run news site can publish at a volume no human team could match, and that exact strength is what triggered a Google penalty severe enough to erase its visibility overnight.

Recovering meant understanding the automation well enough to rebuild trust in it, not just patch the symptoms.

Digital Marketing Myths

Once my products are listed on Amazon or Flipkart, sales will start automatically.

A live listing does not create sales by itself. Marketplaces show shoppers the listings that rank, and ranking depends on sales history, conversion rate, price and stock availability.

A brand-new listing has none of that history, so it sits far down the search results and gets few visitors. Early traction usually comes from a well-built listing, a focused advertising plan and quick fixes based on how buyers behave.

Marketplace management services exist to build that momentum on purpose, so your first weeks are planned instead of left to chance.

No, it is not too late. A new brand will not outspend established sellers, but it can win on a narrower promise.

Pick a specific product type, buyer or use case, then build listings that answer that buyer better than the category leader does.

Many established listings have dated images, thin descriptions and unanswered questions that a focused newcomer can improve on.

Start with a smaller range where search demand exists and competition leaves room, and grow from there.

We check demand, competitor strength and fees together before recommending where a new brand should begin.

Offline success does not guarantee online sales. Offline demand comes from shelf placement, distributor relationships and local trust.

Online shoppers search by keyword, compare prices in seconds and judge a product by its images and reviews.

A product may need a different pack size, price point, title and set of claims before it sells on a marketplace.

Before you list, check how many people search for the product, what competitors charge and what buyers complain about in their reviews.

That research shows whether your offline hit can win online and what to change first.

Best-selling categories are not automatically safe. They hold the most buyers, but they also hold the most sellers, which pushes advertising costs up and margins down.

Established listings with thousands of reviews are hard to displace. A smaller category with steady search demand and fewer strong competitors can give a new or mid-size brand better profit per order and faster ranking.

Judge a category on demand, competition, marketplace fees, return rates and your own margin together.

High volume with thin profit is a risky place to build.

Selling on more marketplaces is not always better growth.

Each platform needs its own stock, listing content, pricing and ad budget, and every extra marketplace adds work to keep accurate. Spreading a limited team and budget across many platforms often leaves each one under-managed.

Begin with the marketplaces where your buyers already shop and your margins hold up, whether that is Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra or Nykaa.

Once those run profitably, add the next one with a plan built for it. Growth comes from channels you can run well.

One strategy cannot run unchanged across every marketplace. Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and others differ in buyer behaviour, commission, ad formats, return policies and ranking signals.

A price that works on Amazon may lose money on Meesho, and a listing that ranks on Flipkart may need rewriting elsewhere.

Keep one overall goal, such as profitable revenue growth, and build a separate plan for each platform covering pricing, content, advertising and inventory.

That is how marketplace management turns several channels into one coordinated revenue plan.

Meesho is not only for cheap, low-quality products. It is built around price-conscious buyers, so value for money matters a lot, but that does not mean buyers accept poor quality.

Brands that offer a clear benefit at an accessible price can build repeat orders there, and reviews punish weak products quickly.

Whether Meesho suits you depends on your unit economics: product cost, commission, shipping, returns and the price your buyer will pay.

Run those numbers first. If they hold, Meesho can be a strong second channel next to Amazon and Flipkart.

Quick commerce does not work like a standard marketplace. Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart sell from nearby dark stores, so visibility depends on whether your product is in stock close to the buyer, not only on how well the listing is written.

Pack sizes, fast-moving SKUs, thin margins and tight delivery timelines all shape results. Inventory placement, pricing and promotions need their own plan, separate from your Amazon or Flipkart approach.

Before onboarding, check whether your products, pack sizes and margins fit the quick-commerce model.

Copying website content onto marketplaces usually underperforms. Each marketplace has its own title length, bullet format, image rules and search behaviour.

Website copy is written for visitors who already know your brand, while marketplace shoppers compare unfamiliar products and search with specific keywords.

Pasted content often misses those search terms, breaks formatting rules and fails to answer the questions buyers ask on that platform.

Rewrite titles, bullets, descriptions and images for each marketplace using keyword research and competitor listings. This listing optimization step is a practical first fix for weak conversion.

Strong organic sales do not remove the need for marketplace advertising.

Organic ranking can change at any time, and competitors can bid on your brand name and best keywords, placing their products above yours.

Sponsored ads protect the searches you already win and help you reach new ones. Spend can stay modest and targeted, focused on products with healthy margins.

Whether you run Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads or both depends on your margins and goals, and your reports should show profit after ad cost, not clicks alone.

Deep discounts are not the only way to compete. Discounts can win clicks, but they cut margin and teach buyers to wait for the next price drop.

Shoppers also choose on image quality, clear content, reviews, delivery speed and trust, and improving those can raise conversion without lowering the price.

Reserve discounts for products and moments that can afford them, such as planned sale events, and work out the margin first.

Competing on value, not only on price, protects profit and builds a brand buyers recognise.

A few poor reviews do not end a product. Ratings recover when the cause is fixed. Read the negative reviews to find the pattern, which is often packaging damage, a size or colour mismatch, a delivery issue or a listing that promised too much.

Fix the product or process, update the listing so expectations match reality, and follow up with buyers through the channels the marketplace allows to earn genuine new reviews.

As recent positive reviews build up, the overall impression improves. Never buy or incentivise reviews, because marketplaces penalise it and can suspend accounts.

A bestseller badge does not hold itself. Rankings change daily as competitors adjust prices, run ads, run out of stock or collect new reviews.

A single stock-out can drop a product that took months to build. Keeping a position takes regular work on inventory planning, pricing, advertising, listing content and customer feedback.

Treat a bestseller as a product that needs ongoing marketplace management, because the ranking reflects recent performance and not past success.

Fulfilment programs do not remove all logistics work. FBA and similar programs handle storage, packing and delivery, but you still forecast demand, send stock on time, manage returns and check fees.

Poor planning leads to stock-outs that hurt ranking, or excess stock that attracts storage charges.

Damaged and mismatched returns still need handling, and fee reports still need checking.

Use fulfilment to speed up delivery and strengthen your offer, and keep an inventory plan running alongside it.

Selling on marketplaces does not replace your own D2C website. A marketplace owns the customer relationship and sets the rules on fees, visibility and policy, so if something changes, your sales can change overnight.

A D2C website gives you customer data, control over pricing and brand story, and a channel where repeat buyers can return directly.

Marketplaces are strong for discovery and fast demand, while your own store builds lasting customer relationships.

The strongest setups use both, with marketplace and webstore management planned together.

Frequently asked questions

Can’t find the answers you need?
We’re here to help with any questions you have!

Why should I choose Story Stitchers Digital as my ecommerce marketplace management agency?

Choose us if you want marketplace accounts managed around revenue instead of activity.

Every engagement starts with an audit of your listings, pricing, ads, account health and margins, so we know what each product can afford to spend before we spend it.

We then run Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other marketplaces as one connected plan, and we report on sales, ROAS and profit instead of clicks.

We also handle ecommerce SEO, ads and webstore management, so your marketplace work links with the rest of your digital plan.

You get one team that explains the reasoning behind each decision.

An in-house manager gives you one person’s skills and hours, while our service gives you a team that covers listings, ads, account health and analytics together.

Hiring also adds recruitment time, training and the risk of starting over if the person leaves.

A team brings what we learn across different accounts and categories, which a single hire builds slowly.

In-house can make sense for very large catalogues or when you already have strong marketplace experience.

Many brands use both: their own manager for daily operations and us for strategy, advertising and audits.

Yes, we can work alongside your in-house team or another agency.

We can take one part of the work, such as advertising, listing optimization or account health, and coordinate with your people on the rest.

At the start we agree who owns which task, who has access to which account and how reports are shared, so nobody duplicates work or undoes another team’s changes.

If another agency runs social media or performance ads, we align marketplace plans with theirs so budgets and messaging stay consistent.

You keep what already works and we cover the gaps.

Many marketplace agencies begin by asking how much you want to spend on ads, and we begin by asking what each product can afford to spend.

An audit of your listings, pricing, account health and margins comes first, and the scope follows from what it finds.

We do not push every platform or ad type on you, and we recommend only the ones where your buyers shop and your budget holds.

We report on sales, ROAS and profit instead of clicks and impressions.

Strategy comes before tactics, so we fix a weak listing before adding ad spend to it.

We work with both new sellers and established brands, and an audit decides the scope in each case.

Established brands get a review of what sells, where revenue leaks and which accounts, listings or ads need attention. New sellers get a readiness check covering catalogue, pricing, margins, registration and compliance, so they launch with a plan.

If an account is not ready for paid growth, we say so and fix the base first. That keeps your budget on work that moves revenue.

We work across product categories with no category barrier. Common ones include fashion and apparel, beauty and personal care, electronics and accessories, home and kitchen, health and nutrition, FMCG and grocery, and toys and baby products.

Each category has its own fees, return rates, review habits and ad competition, so we check these in the audit before setting targets.

If your product sits in a niche category, we map the marketplace rules and competitors first, then recommend a plan that fits the category’s real economics.

We manage Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho, along with other Indian marketplaces such as Myntra, Nykaa and Ajio.

We also manage quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart, and we help brands sell on international marketplaces. You do not need to be on all of them.

We recommend the platforms where your buyers shop and your margins hold, then build a separate plan for each one under a single overall strategy.

Tell us your category and price range, and we will tell you which platforms deserve your budget first.

Yes, choosing the right marketplaces is part of our audit.

We compare your products against each platform’s buyers, commission, return rates, ad costs and competition, then recommend where to start and where to wait.

A fashion brand may belong on Myntra before Amazon, for example, while a low-priced utility product may suit Meesho.

You get a clear order of priority with the numbers behind it, so you can launch on one or two marketplaces that fit instead of spreading budget across many.

Yes, we manage quick-commerce platforms including Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart, from onboarding through ongoing listings, pricing and visibility.

Quick commerce works differently from standard marketplaces because buyers see products stocked in nearby dark stores.

Availability, pack size, fast-moving SKUs and thin margins all affect results. Before we recommend it, we check whether your products and pack sizes suit the model and whether your margins can handle quick-commerce pricing and promotions.

If they cannot, we will tell you before you commit stock.

Yes, we help Indian brands plan and run expansion to international marketplaces, such as Amazon Global Selling.

We start with which country and category make sense, then cover listing localisation, pricing with duties, shipping and returns built in, and an advertising plan for the new market.

We check compliance and logistics requirements up front so you know your landed cost per order before you commit stock.

Most brands do better by testing one market first, learning what works, and then adding more.

Yes, we guide you through seller registration, document checks, brand registry where you are eligible, category approvals, catalogue upload and first-listing setup on each marketplace.

The account stays in your name throughout. Getting setup right at the start avoids approval delays and compliance problems that are hard to fix later.

We also set up the account with your growth plan in mind, so category choices, brand details and catalogue structure support the listings and ads you will run afterwards.

Yes, you can hire us for selected services. We scope the work from the audit, so we can take on listing optimization, advertising, account health or catalogue work on its own.

If a single service will not move revenue without another, such as ads running on weak listings, we say so and explain why.

You can also start with one service and add others once you see results.

We share our engagement terms before you commit, so you know the scope, reporting and timeline up front.

Our Amazon seller account management covers listing creation and optimization, A+ content, Amazon PPC across Sponsored Products, Brands and Display, pricing and Buy Box monitoring, inventory planning, reviews and ratings, and account health.

Reporting covers sales, ACoS and margin, so you can see what each rupee of ad spend returned.

The exact scope comes from your audit, because an account with weak listings needs different work from one with a poorly structured ad account.

You can take the full service or the parts that matter most to your revenue.

Our Flipkart seller account management covers catalogue and listing quality, Flipkart Ads, pricing and promotions, preparation for sale events, returns and RTO handling, and seller scorecard and account health.

Reporting covers sales, ad returns and margin. Returns get real attention on Flipkart because they can eat into profit, so we look for root causes such as listing accuracy, packaging and delivery issues.

As with Amazon, we base the scope on your audit and start with the work that will move revenue first.

Yes, we handle all three. For listing optimization, we research the terms buyers search on each marketplace, then write titles, bullet points and descriptions around them.

We brief images and create A+ content on Amazon, and use enhanced content formats on other platforms.

Catalogue setup covers bulk uploads, category mapping and variations, so your products appear correctly and are easy to find.

We fix listings before increasing ad spend, because ads sent to a weak listing waste money and lower your return.

Yes, we help with account health, listing suspensions and policy notices. We monitor your account health metrics, fix listing policy flags, prepare suspension appeals and respond to marketplace notices.

We also trace the root cause, whether that is returns, pricing, listing claims or documentation, so the issue does not come back.

Reinstatement is the marketplace’s decision, so we cannot promise an outcome, but we make sure your case is complete and clear.

Regular monitoring costs less than recovering from a suspension.

Yes, our ecommerce services include ecommerce SEO, ecommerce ads, webstore management and strategy consulting alongside marketplace management.

Running them together matters because ad spend, search demand and store conversion affect each other.

For example, traffic from ads and search lands on your own store, and your marketplace reviews and brand presence influence whether buyers trust it.

You can start with marketplaces and add other services later.

No, we do not guarantee sales growth, rankings or advertising returns.

Marketplace algorithms, buyer demand and competitor pricing are outside anyone’s control, so a fixed promise would be a guess.

What we commit to is the work and the transparency: a clear audit, a plan tied to your margins, regular reporting on sales, ROAS and profit, and honest advice when something is not working.

We set targets with you after the audit and report against them, so you always know where performance stands.

If performance does not improve, we start with diagnosis. We review listings, pricing, ad structure, stock levels, reviews and account health to find what is holding results back, then change the plan and show you why.

Marketplace results usually build over months, so we agree review points in advance and measure progress against your targets.

Sometimes the fix is to stop spending on a product or marketplace that does not pay off, and we will say so.

You get the diagnosis in plain language, with the numbers behind it.

We don’t start with a platform or a template. We start with your margins, catalog, and customer journey, then build the site around that.

The development choices follow the strategy, not the other way around.
